Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it does not expire. The Free plan covers 1 digital menu with up to 50 items across 10 categories, 1 folder, your logo, unlimited menu views, a PNG QR code download, and the last 7 days of view analytics. No credit card required. Free menu pages carry a small "Powered by Menujo" line at the bottom.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Pro is $7 per month or $70 per year. What it changes day to day: the theme picker with nine presets, a custom colour picker, a cover image, removal of the "Powered by Menujo" line, 60 days of menu analytics instead of the 7 days Free shows, SVG QR downloads, and priority email support. It also raises the caps from 1 menu (50 items, 10 categories) and 1 folder to 10 menus (250 items, 50 categories each) and 3 folders, though most restaurants never reach them. Your logo is free on both plans.
What does the Business plan include?
Business is $12 per month or $120 per year. It includes everything in Pro with raised limits: up to 100 menus, 1,000 items and 100 categories per menu, 10 folders, and 90 days of analytics instead of 60. It suits operators running several sites from one account. CSV menu import is included on every plan, including Free, and CSV export from Pro upward.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise is priced per contract and removes the plan limits entirely: unlimited menus, items, categories, and folders. Beyond that it is an arrangement rather than a set of switches. Custom domains, white-label rebranding, API access, team accounts, a named point of contact, and any service commitments are scoped and agreed with us case by case, so talk to us about what you actually need before assuming it is included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro or Business subscription anytime. No cancellation fees. Your menus remain accessible on the free plan.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The Free plan never requires a card. Sign up, build your menu, and publish it. Add a card only when you decide you want the Pro extras: custom themes and colours, no "Powered by Menujo" line, and 60 days of analytics.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, monthly and annual. Contact support within 30 days of your payment and we will refund it in full.
Is there a free trial?
No, and you do not need one. The Free plan does that job: it has no time limit and no card, so you can build a real menu and publish it before deciding whether a paid plan is worth it.
