Compare one year of your current print workflow with your proposed digital and paper fallback workflow. Use one currency throughout. Defaults are fictional inputs, not market prices or savings promises.

A positive difference means the proposed workflow costs less with these inputs. Staff time is an estimated resource cost and may not reduce payroll. Include tax in the relevant input or Other, and avoid counting the same print or replacement twice. Exclude speculative sales gains.
